Only Certified Milk for Our Organic Cheeses
Our top priority was to select particularly reliable certified farms, located in the production areas of Taleggio DOP and Gorgonzola DOP. All the necessary tests were then carried out to better adapt the production stages to the structural and sensory differences of organic milk.
Bringing organic cheeses into our product catalogue was the natural result of an ambitious, well-structured project that has made us a trusted partner in Italy and abroad for companies that believe in organic products.
