In recent decades, spreadable cheeses have seen a renaissance, becoming increasingly popular among consumers for their versatility and delicious flavour. Today, they are available in a wide range of varieties and flavours combined with many ingredients, such as herbs, pepper, olives, and even fruit. Our Capriccio is a tasty blank canvas that you can enrich with other ingredients or enjoy for its clean flavour.
